For the LORD has a day of vengeance, a year of recompense for the cause of Zion. -Isaiah 34:8
Marilyn Hickey’s daughter Sarah had an experience with Jehovah Gmolah, the God of Recompense. She and her daughter talk about such persecution, trial and trouble during her Senior year of high school. They wondered what it was about. She felt such pain for her daughter going through it. But God showed himself in their life as Jehovah Gmolah. The God who remembers. Her first year of college was the complete opposite. She got scholarships, awards, made a lot of new friends and got married. In other words, Father God showed himself faithful to reward their faith in the coming years. As he will do you, if not already.
Jehovah Gmolah – He is a God of Recompense. He doesn’t waste trouble or pain. Not only is it his way to repay those who trouble you with trouble. But he will make it up to you as a reward of your faith. So again, if you’ve been going through a season of trouble, get ready! Stay in faith, keep expecting things to get better. I’ve gathered a few thoughts to encourage you and build your faith to expect RECOMPENSE from your Father God in the coming months in Jesus name.
Now we know God’s recompense for us can happen for either of these anytime during the year or your life.
